When you rerun the program just run the update file only which is the 147mb one.
Dont install the active sync or the samsung modem driver again.

The modem driver is the one that is giving you the error.

HI Omnians,

3 quick questions.

1. How to insert more than 10 contacts for mass messaging? PowerSMS is troublesome adding one by one as a 'category'. Group Sms was the best but it does seem to work in Omnia. Any advice?

2. Anybody can happen to get the WMP Miniplayer from the Samsung i780?

[TROUBLE]

hello all.
I am in trouble,my omnia is DEAD it happened during firmware upgrade,it failed process on 3rd file and asked to quit...! it turns on but stays on "samsung Omnia" screen doesn't move forward at all, it did let me hard reset but still the same.
anyone has any idea what should i do next? (apart from sending samsung an email so forth) is there any other way to flash drive? any help would be greatly appreciated.cheers

well...same fate as me :brooding: ... brought to servicing ctr..must change the WHOLE motherboard... waited for 2 weeks!!! finally got a call just now from service ctr :whistle: getting my omnia back 2moro :wink:
