For Chinese support, you are not really need it if yours are asia (Local) set
[HOW TO TELL]
Start > Settings > (All Settings if TouchFlo is enabled) >System tab > Device Information
Look into ROM Version, it may looks like "1.40.707.1"
Look into 3rd group of number, in this case, 707. If yours is also 707, you are holding a Local (Asia) set that Chinese and other east asia font support already installed. Also comes with ZTA4 IME for Chinese Input.
If your set are still in Windows Mobile 6.1, It's advisable to upgrade to WinMo 6.5
Get the WinMo 6.5 here.
Get Handwritting support for WM6.5 here.

From What I see on your ROm version, you are already on Windows Mobile 6.5
So If you are using handwritting alot, you can instal the handwritting hotfix on my previous post.
Or there is also a Calendar hotfix, actual effect unknown as I am on cook ROM.
No other hotfix needed to install. And enjoy your new Diamond2.
Do post here if you have anything to ask or to know.

I download NoData from here http://www.htcdriver...php?page=nodata, and copy the 3 files _setup, 0CAB15F0.001 and 00NODATA.000 to my memory card. When i go click on the setup file in the card the screen just then white with a small square at the bottom right corner. Just want to find out is this the correct way to install program onto the phone?

NODATA is a CAB file by itself...after downloading the CAB file from the link, just transfer the whole CAB file to your Diamond 2 and then use your File Explorer in your Diamond 2 and tap on the CAB file itself...it will auto install in your device and then you can use it to disable your GPRS settings...
