Ok I went to service my phone and the customer service there seems to treat your phone like garbage. While powering off the my xphone, without even waiting for the display and light to go off, she just pull out the battery. What's the point of powering off then?might as well just pull the battery out. Does this act of abuse actually destroy the phone?

lolx. For computer your hard disk .... will die sooner or later. But luckily for flash chips, they usually survive these sudden no-power kind of thing, but it isn't very healthy for the chip though when writing/reading is still done.

This not my first time already. Last time got nokia phone go nokia centre also like that. Y can't they be gentler to the phone. No wonder they keep getting more problem phones. because they create the problem themselves.
