okay guys.
this cab installer ( with remove option at add.remove program )
http://www.mingsect....m/fontpatch.cab
will enable wm2005 to read chinese sms
but not the pocket internet explorer
so those who just wish to read chinese sms can give this a try.
about 3-4 meg of main memory is required ( installation in main memory)

you have to first rename the file to another extension, e.g. rename font.ttf to font.tmp. Then soft reset your phone and then delete the file.

I recently deleted the font like so:
rename \Windows\Fonts to something else (eg \Windows\F)
and make a new folder \Windows\Fonts.
Move the fonts you want into the new folder, leaving out those you want deleted. Soft reset.
Delete \Windows\F.

Yes. Download FontOnStorage.zip from the site above and place the font file with FontOnStorage.exe (inside FontOnStorage.zip) in the same folder in your SD card. Run the exe after soft reset. Your font will be used. You can create a shortcut to the exe which will run the exe upon each soft reset.
