Based on DictEditor, I've created a new app for modifying the T9 dictionary for PhonePad (SIP preinstalled on several HTC devices).

PhonePad's Dictionary Editor works fine in Windows Mobile 5.

Hi Vicott,
Tested on my 818pro.
Seems to work well except that it only accepts words more than 3 characters. So, I cannot add words like lah and leh.
Just fyi. Thanks for the effort and sharing with us.
