 Upgraded AGAIN to WM5 so far so good, giving it another shot....now knowing more about its quirks and Archilles heels....
Rule #1: Do not install anything on the ROM storage as far as possible
Now a guy on aximsite managed to get A2DP running on the MS BT Stack without need to hack registry and to change to Widcomm BT stack! Amazing! See

All I need to do is to tap and install 2 cab files downloaded, and that's all!
Works on WMP & TCPMP too with iTech Clip S BT Headset without any skips, alto some hissing on some songs at high pitch...
See screenshot....wirteless headset on BT profile that really works this time!
Hope this second foray into WM5 will last longer than previous.

i only hope there can be a decent BT driver for X50V WM5. Using the default one, i can't pair up with my computer to set up a PAN.. maybe i did wrongly somewhere.. Symphony, you able to do that? can shed some light? i just want to connect to my computer wirelessly over BT and load files on my computer and surf net using my computer's network..

Just a few feedbacks alto I am sticking with WM5 for time being.
1. The WM5 on X50v is slower than WM2003SE, alto tolerable.
2. The wireless exhibits erratic on-ing itself on soft reset
3. Soft reset is slower
4. Need to apply Activesync Fake Server Hack otherwise battery will drain dry
5. Need to apply Avantgo mui file otherwise cannot read Avantgo
6. Backup and restore is very slow compared to WM2003SE
7. Sometimes system will freeze when running "WM5 not entirely compatible" softwares. Soft reset will cure this.
8. Need to set security certificate prompt to "off" using Titanic's tweak.
9. Need to set Error Reporting to "off"
Remember Rule #1: Do not install any application on device(Rom storage) otherwise the compaction thread "problem" will kick in.
So it is up to you to decide whether the pros outweighs the cons etc.
