O2 service gave me a lot of pain during the time I owned the atom..... My atom speaker hissing problem was never resolved though I had to leave my phone with the service centre for almost a month. Calling the service centre to check on the status was a pain with constant engaged tones and little follow up.
I gave up and traded to the hp6828 when the chance became available. I loved the XDA2 and I used it for 2 years, but the service from O2 for the atom really turned me off.

Same with others.. I have a bad experience when I send my mini for service. The problem I encounter are:
1. The service centre is a bit too small. I am referring to the one at Bugis Junction. The service centre itself already smaller than the "normal" size, it has to serve customer from Siemen-BenQ, LG and O2..:omg:
2. There is only 3-4 staffs and they have to handle both people who sending in the phones and people who collecting phones. 3-4 staffs is definetely not enough especially during peak hour like 6-7pm where all the peoples coming to the service centre after they knock off. Furthermore.. it's a service centre for few brands.
3. The machine to take Q number is hiding at the corner.. If you are there for the 1st time, you probably wont notice the machine is hiding there.
Hope they can do something about it.. :hiya:
