Samsung Service in India is really bad in terms of assusrances and promptness.
I tried to contact their Service Centre in India and spent almost 5-6 hours just to have them to pick up the phone. After getting contact with them and after getting confirmation about latest firmware for my Mobile, I reached their service centre and to my surprise they asked me leave the mobile for 3 days to update the firmware, the process which hardly takes 35-45 mins, because they think customer can not update the Firmware because it requires lots of cables (unknown cables), when Samsung mobiles uses only one cable as Data Cable. It happened three times in one week itself. This worst service prompting me to shift to some other reliable service brand.

Mistakes of yesterday is the WISE of today and the GAIN of tomorrow. Distance is never a worry but reaching safely is a concern. Loud may not be clear where else clear may not need to be loud.
