Same here, last from O2. Never, again. Big big mistake
Palm m105 > HP h5450 > O2 XDA Mini > O2 XDA IIs + HP 6365 > Dopod 900 + O2 XDA IIs > HTC Tytn II + O2 Zinc > HTC Tytn II

I may have missed this, but will the results of this poll be seen by the companies who "were participated" in the poll?
I would really like to see how they respond to the results... Or probably, the champions (the worst in service) will just ignore them; since their service is so bad. :w00t:

I know it is a little out of topic, as this refers to PPC phones, but I think nothing comes close to what happenend to me with a Shure headphone set.
I misplaced my proof of purchase, and even if the sales shop was ready to confirm that I had indeeed bought it within the warranty period, the distributors in Singapore refused even to evaluate the cost of repair at my charge.
Not bad, considering that I spent 180S$ for a headphone set.
I had to contact the regional office in HK and ship it there at my expenses to get a quotation for repair.
Still waiting...
