Hi, i am using 838 Pro, previously using O2 Mini. Just yesterday night i was faced with a problem that i cant resolve myself.
Scenario:
I received two SMS at one time, i opened up Messaging and read one of the SMS and left the other unread. Now my Text Message inbox will always have 1 Unread SMS. Have tried to manually change the registry by reverting unread count to 0 but after i do a soft reset the Inbox will remain to have 1 Unread SMS although there are no more messages inside.
I have searched the forum and have seen different people using different sets facing the same problem. Is there a way to solve this problem withouth hard resetting the device? And one strange thing is, although i have deleted the messages, it keeps on reappearing after a soft reset, is this problem related to WM5?
Anyone can advise??
Thanks

hmm.. the problem seems to be solved temporarily by the application but after a soft reset the problem will come back again, any specific instructions on how to use the application?
what i did was..
Create a dummy sms in the Drafts folder and then move it to the Inbox folder.
Now i have 2 Unread SMS.
After i run the application, the unread count then becomes 1.
So i proceed to delete the Unread dummy sms and now the count becomes 0 again.
Seems like problem solved but after a soft reset, the SMS came back again?
