I si normal for your D810 Program memory stays at 24MB all the time ? I have that and when reset, it will go back to 29MB. Btw, what are the things that can be deleted ? Cos' it seems like waste space in my D810. I have Cleartemp on it. It works great but it will go to the above mentioned problem when the phone goes into work the whole day without reset.

hi cisco,
after you off your bluetooth headset and if its correctly paired, your device and the bluetooth headset you paired recently will be automatically re-paired...if you have problems re-pairing, you can delete the pairing partnership again and then try to re-pair again...
remember to put your bluetooth headset to pairing mode when you do the pairing...
and also, what bluetooth headset are you using???

HERES THE REPLY FROM THE TENGO TEAM!! GREAT SUPPORT!!!
Hi xxxxxxxx,
Thanks for your support of TenGO. Sorry to hear that you faced problems
selecting TenGO. Will assist you as best as I can here.
For not being able to select TenGO, the main possibility is that the system
memory could be almost fully used up as in the case of prolonged usage or
extensive devices attached to the Pocket PC.
Also, there is a memory problem with SD cards and it seems more likely to
affect the system resources when there are a lot of folders in the SD card
as every folder take up precious system resources (Different from the main
memory) that programs like TenGO and other input methods use.
1)Switch off any devices like WiFi, Bluetooth, and for the moment disable
any start-up applications (from starting) - To minimize system memory usage
2)Remove CF and SD storage cards - There have been some bugs reported for
storage cards where they may drain system resources if too many applications
are loaded on the cards.
3)Select the default keyboard as the default input method - To temporarily
prevent other input methods from being the default method
4)Soft reset the device
5)Open an application like Notes/Word
6)Select TenGO as the input method by clicking on the screen's bottom right
icon's arrow and selecting TenGO from the list of available input options.
7)You should be able to use TenGO in all other applications as well as
switching on WiFi and the start-up applications.
Another thing to try is that in TenGO go to TenGO's settings page
(Start/Settings/Click on Input icon/Select TenGO Thumb and click options
button, and select the Settings Tab), and tick the option "set TenGO as
default keyboard", click ok and soft reset the device. After which you
should be able to switch to TenGO in your applications. You can also access
TenGO's settings page, by directly running the file TenGOSettings.exe in the
Windows directory. You can use this way to set TenGO Thumb as your default
instead of SKTOOLS.
Hope this addresses your problem. Please let me know should you have any
further enquiries or questions and I will be happy to help in any way
possible.
Have a nice day and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regards,
Edwin
