Thanks to Vicott, he has let me host my stuff at mobile-sg.com.
1) SPZHCN.CAB - Chinese Font for Windows Mobile 2003 (tested on O2 XPhone and emulator)
http://mobile-sg.com...d.asp?dl=spzhcn
2) WM6SZH.CAB - Chinese Font for Windows Mobile 6 (tested on HP iPAQ 512 and emulator)
http://mobile-sg.com...d.asp?dl=wm6szh
3) LOCK.EXE - simple device lock application (for WM5 with AKU2 and above, including WM6)
http://mobile-sg.com...oad.asp?dl=lock
I use it with Dopod 838 to lock it without returning to Today screen. It can be ran from application launcher; Start Menu or hardware keys by creating a shortcut to it.
4) WILDWIPE.EXE - simple command line application to remove files
http://mobile-sg.com...asp?dl=wildwipe
I use it with Dopod 838 to automatically clean up the storage upon every reboot. Some files (eg. IE's that files) are actually locked and cannot be deleted when in use, but with the clean up performed during bootup, these files wil be removed.
I've include a few shortcuts that I use for removing the data for some application, copy the EXE to \WINDOWS and the shortcuts to \Windows\StartUp. If you don't want to it to autorun upon reboot, you can always use it from Application launcher, Start Menu or hardware keys.
PS: Windows Mobile has multiple level of security for vendors and providers to protect the devices. As such, on many smartphones, incluing iPAQ 512, some files (eg. IE's that files) can't be deleted even at bootup. As for Pocket PC, no such issue AFAIK.
Note by vicott: All the files have been moved over to here.
All are freewares, only free font is used.
