was waiting for you guys to create a new thread! *phew
anyway something strange..
after installing the latest version of CEStar (which works perfectly now btw), i found that i still have my cam functions..
then 1 hour ago i lost it.. not sure why.. then i tried to soft-reset, power off, flush registries etc combinations and then the functionality came back..
maybe those who experienced this loss of camera functions (via the hardware button(s)) can try to flush their reset and do a power off...
anyway something strange..

Got a 8gb Sandisk card with card reader at Best Bargain at $7x.90. Forgot the actual price. Works perfectly. no issue at all.
GPS also works well.
Clear camera
fast speed
Very strong wifi!
Only complain is the lack of programs for 320x320. Guess have to wait a while.
Overall, u can't go wrong with this phone!

hi guys, there must have been many posts on the GPS but i cant get a good method for mine..
whats the most painless way to use the GPS with Mapking? preferably a free one.. i dont need all the complicated Garmin stuff too.. don't know how to use..
otherwise i dont mind paying but .. must be a least-step process

For those who want to try GPS without the hassle of setting up additional software like portsplitter, you can download the free trial of Garmin from http://www.garmin.co...amsung/overview specially for i780.
Apparently, Garmin has a tie-up with Samsung to release their software for i780, Read the press release.

Anyone able to help me here? How do I stop the WM OS from hanging up the call after the ringtone ends? My previous phone didn't have this problem and will continue to repeat the ring tone. My phone setting is already set to "Ring" and not "Ring once". This is REALLY annoying me and my customers.
