How can I minimize GPRS/EDGE usage while roaming overseas?
I know I can uncheck the "snyc when roaming" under Active Sync options, but phone still gets into active connection fairly often (even if all other applications are shut) :confused:

Well bro, perhaps some of us prefer traditional ter kwa, which is equally nutritious, many many time cheaper, and we know for a fact that the liver do not come from forced feed / tortured animals. Tasted both, but prefer ter kwa in fact. Ter kwa got texture, substance, where as the French ter kwa's like blended ter kwa just, but of course you pay much more.
Bottomline is that, if it's functional, comes with the package (no extra investment), serves the purpose, nothing wrong with that.
I started using Agis recently because it's there, and found it okay. Peace bro, peace. Let others share their experience and I am sure they will appreciate it if you don't post something just to critise them for sharing.

It happened when I opened a programme... Unfortunately, I can't recall which programme... I've hard-reset my system - was that a reasonable thing to do? Is shell32.exe a big problem?

I wont say that I am impressed with Agis, but I can say that it works for me... as I am not very reliant on GPS...
On a side note, I think anyone whom really needs GPS more mission critical should go for dedicated ones like those from Garmin that costs around $1k.... seen those at work... really impressive...

Sorry to hear you encountering the problems...
1) Try restting the i780 ans try again. remember also to select your bluetooth 'visible' to others. Resetting your bluetooth headset might help too.
2) Loafer's already answered this one.
