I managed to figure out, the problem is the callwait.mid does exist but it was a silent midi....

Just fire up registry editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\CallWaiting

change the sound value from callwait.mid value to callwait.wav...

and you can add vibrate by modify the script to av0pw3r,...

btw, no soft reset required.... :wink:

Hi,
this is my first post so I take the occasion to greet you all.

I'm a happy owner of the i780 - the only thing is the low volume. However, through' the code *#0002*28346# one should be able to adjust some volume-settings.

I've been messing around this evening with said settings but I haven't been able to increase the volume-output for the headphones while listening to MP3 with i780's MediaPlayer. I have tried mostly the voices under Normal/Headset but in vain. Anyone who knows which parameters to adjust?

My firmware is D1. I noticed that my LED do not flash when bluetooth and wifi are turn on. Even the normal phone line connection led flash.

For bluetooth it blink once green when I first turn on after which the LED don't flash any more

For wifi it blink once blue when I first turn on after which the LED don't flash any more

There is no led blinking for line connection.

This is not like other WM phone.

Is my LED normal or faulty?

HI simon1219,

I don't think your LED is faulty... its just this phone that is different from other ppc phones out there... maybe because its Samsung's 1st ppc phone and they are not aware of the useful LED in ppc phones.... I hope they will fix this in future firmwares....

Hi Experts need help from you all, When surfing and msn how to use wifi to surf as i thot when connected wifi it will auto use wifi. But instead it always try to connect 3G or GPRS n when i try disconnect GPRS or 3G it will immediately reconnect. Thanks
