Hi guys, I'm a Treo 750 user and considering buying this phone, but the threaded sms feature in Treo is too good to be missed. I'm just wondering if anyone of you here managed to install any 3rd party threaded sms apps and get it working without any problem?

I bought a new phone recently from singtel and it comes with the D1 firmware.
When I input passwords into internet explorer or opera, the predictive text will save what I type as my password and display it in future. Anyway to disable this and delete the password displayed?

hi mobilizer,
if the Samsung i780 is upgradable to the WM6.1 OS, then you will have threaded SMS built in...for alternatives now, you might wish to look at this post HERE...

I found the predictive text quite irritating so I turned it off. That helps too with eliminating the display of passwords.
You can also go into Settings -> Input -> Word Completion to 'Clear Stored Entries'.

I'm on C1 and having quite similar problem with you.
Instead of turning on flight mode, i turn off phone connection before booting. MSN can connects through wifi without problem even if I turn on the phone connection. But if the phone go on standby, and back on, msn will shows lost connection when u want to sign in again, it will look for gprs connection.
So what I did is to wait for msn to auto login again (through wifi).
Eveytime when i need to sign in msn after turning off wifi, I need to go through the whole process of turning off phone connection, reboot to get msn to connects to wifi.

Hi Rivaldo...
I'm using V3 BTH-15 bluetooth head set.
So are u saying that i should get a unit that supports A2DP in order for the GPS voice navigation to work with my headset?

spb finance is good, but it always has problem with my i780. I can open the software for once, and then can't open it for the second time, always hangs and have Error Reporting.....
Does anyone has the same issue, and do you know how to fix this and run spb finance on i780? Thanks. :confused:

Search in part 5, in the last 10 pages I think. There is link and instructions to download and setup the palm threaded sms apps on the i780. Also how to get the fonts and mms working properly. Working like a charm on mine. :)
