After installation of the chinese software, KS20 will hang when it attempts to change to other mode of input.
But I think the problem is with the stablility of KS20, which I believe some members can concur. The device just hang on you for no apparent reason and at times, pages are not displayed properly. This also happens when there are no installation of softwares during my troubleshooting.
The frustration of removing battery like 3 x a time to soft rest is finally winding me down and after 3 weeks of purchase, I have decided to trade it with Touch Diamond when launch.
I guess LG in KS20 means LOOKS GOOD and not Life's Good.
Just my frustarion as other may be lucky with their KS20.

Hi Riv
ZTA4.
But as mentioned, even w/o additional softwares, the KS20 is kind of unstable. For example, after receiving a SMS, the phone will be hung for no apparent reason.
Google on the net and appears that the problem is not unique.
I promised myself will stick with HTC henceforth

hi cdiony,
without any softwares installed and the phone will hang after receiving an SMS??? I think you might have gotten a lemon set...possible for you to reflash the ROM and then try again?? any complaints regarding this issue elsewhere? if thats the case, LG shouldnt even come out with the KS20 at all...
