First, I ordered this new device (HTC EVO 4) from him on 26-Jun-2010 for S$600.00 through Western Unionn at 9am. Once he receive the money, he promised me that I will get the new phone on Monday morning from UPS. But on Saturday evening the same day, he told me there is some problem on the shipment. The problem was instead of 1 set of HTC EVO 4 for me, now I will receive 8 set of HTC EVO 4 and I need to pay him another S$2300 to receive the 8 set of HTC EVO 4.

I insisted not to pay any more so he told me I won't receive any phone from him. So to make the story short, how can I sue the guy because he break his promise.

Note: I have all the correspondent of email.

I have been having this problem below.

What I have come to believe is that anything over a 1GB card has problems being detected by your computer.

I have used a 4GB and a 8GB sd card and both of the cards do not get detected in the computer. My 1GB card and below work just fine.

What is the solution for the above problem?

Have you notice nowsaday the upload of the pages are very slow? Any reason?

I have tried on IE and FireFox. Both browsers show very slow too.
