Mobinauts started off as PPCSG catering to aficionados of Windows Mobile devices. Since its inception on April 2001, the mobility landscape has evolved dramatically. Recognizing this, on Sep 2009, the site has been rebranded Mobinauts to stay relevant and exciting.
According to Hitwise, PPCSG is ranked #1 based on market share of visits among all Singapore websites in the Hitwise Computers and Internet - Electronics industry for the period January - June 2009.
Mobinauts is a community that cuts the hype and provide useful information related to the topic we all love, mobility. We also offer a valuable platform for mobile enthusiasts to engage in useful discussions and get help on their devices.

Meet Ele
Meet our mascot we affectionately call, Ele. Pronounced as “El”, she’s a cute and adorable Thai elephant with an antenna tail to boot! Being a techie, we suspect she’s got most connectivity options covered, too. *grin*
You might ask why is Mobinauts’ mascot an elephant. According to Wikipedia, "Elephants communicate by sound over large distances of several kilometers partly through the ground, which is important for their social lives."
Hence, this ties in nicely with the fact that we all use our phones to communicate and to add to that, we're part of a community. Lastly, when elephants make their calls, they are loud and clear! This goes well with our slogan, “The Future is Loud and Clear”.
